Post low hormone levels...supplementation? 
I am 37. Had 2 healthy pregnancies with delivery in May-04 and Jan-06. I then had two miscarriages in Jan-07 and Dec-07. My doctor is talking about progesterone supplements because a test I took in November (pre-pregnancy) showed low levels, plus the two failed pregnancies... I am a little leary about taking a synthetic hormone. Do I have other options? I also have slightly low thyroid.  I'd love to know what you recommend.

Prometrium IS "progesterone" ... ask you doctor about it.

I used natural progesterone during the early phases of our pregnancy with our first 2 children since my wife’s levels were low.  This has been shown to reduce the risk of miscarriage
