The first thing to do if you want to use MyFertilityCycle is to access the charting area. After you create and activate your account, use this address (The "MyFertilityCycle" link is also on the menu on the top of every page):

If you are just getting started charting or, even more important, if you are wondering what this is all about, you may want to print out this message as a reference in case you have any questions.
GETTING STARTED
When you go to the charting area for the first time, you will not be able to do very much. That is because we need you to complete a few tasks before we set everything up. In the layout, there will be several areas that have red glowing letters. Those images are just there as visual aids so that you will know where to click to get what you want. When you complete the tasks, the red glowing letters will disappear (you may have to refresh the page) and you will be ready to go. That is all there is to it.
ORIENTATION
Our educational materials in the orientation area are intentionally brief. There is enough information to get you started. There is so much that we could tell you about all of this that you would have to take a six month course just to absorb it all. Eventually, you will learn and we want to help you get there as soon as possible. Please ask us for help when you need it.
GETTING HELP
We are just now implementing a new help system (done!) that will allow you to submit a support request when you have a question or for any other reason. Don’t hesitate to use our help system if you need something. We would even be happy to talk to you on the phone if that is what it takes to get things going for you.
We have a favor to ask! If you have a question that our staff or one of the members of this site can answer – please post it in the forums first. All you have to do is go to one of the forums and post it as a new topic. It is very easy. That way, when your question is answered, the answer can be seen by everyone else on the website or in your private group. You may also search the forums to see if your question has already been answered.
WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT?
Most of our members found this site because they were surfing the internet trying to find out information about why they cannot get pregnant or how they can get help with an infertility problem. If this is you, then you are in the right place! We have some very special information for these members:
MyFertilityCycle can give you a ton of information about the cause of your infertility. However, this will take some time. You will need to chart at least one complete menstrual cycle before you really get a good idea of what is going on.
